Note:- फॉर्म भरते समय जिन छात्र/छात्रा का ऑनलाइन पेमेंट कट गया हो और नामांकन पूरा नही हुआ हो, वैसे छात्र/छात्रा दोबारा पेमेंट नहीं करे, वो अपना Application Id, नाम और पेमेंट Payment Id यहाँ दिए हुए ईमेल पर भेज दें और 24 Hours तक इंतज़ार करें।
Filling up the Online Admission Form
Instructions.
For fill form, you must have Login Id and Password of Sem-I.
For Login by clicking on the “P. G. Sem-IV Login for fill Admission Form.
The entire online application process is divided into five tabs (sections/pages) and the
applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly.
There are only online payment option (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking).
Required Scanned Documents (Scanned Copy in .JPG Format).
Scanned Sem-III Admit Card, Size of the scanned documents is not more than 150 KB
